Jack Black is an actor and musician from California. He has appeared in the films High Fidelity, Shallow Hal, King Kong, Nacho Libre, Tropic Thunder, Kung Fu Panda 1 & 2, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, and Tenacious D in The Pick Of Destiny. He was nominated for 2 Best Performance Golden Globe awards for his acting work in The School of Rock, and Bernie. His television credits include The Simpsons, The Office, Community, X-Files, Mr. Show with Bob and David, Workaholics, Comedy Bang! Bang!, Drunk History, and The Brink. Jack is also the lead vocalist of the Grammy award winning comedy-rock duo Tenacious D, which he formed in 1991 with friend Kyle Gass.
