    I see that you just got your site yesterday, and I’m not sure what’s doing your head in, but you do get support by message and email if you’re stuck on something, or just need help getting started.

    However, if you no longer want to work on your site, you can cancel any item at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and when you click on a subscription you can then select the cancellation option at the bottom of the new screen. That’ll cancel the auto renewal, and then when you refresh the page, you’ll see an option to remove the plan, which will issue a refund.
