  • That sounds like the cost of a custom domain. Did you request a refund within 96 hours of registration? After that period you have missed the refund window. Note that the domain radiojammor.com was registered at IONOS not wordpress.com.

    When you purchased the Starter plan, it looked like you also indicated you wanted to transfer in the domain radiojammor.com. Unfortunately, we don’t automatically refund the cost of the domain in these instances because the domain may be mid-transfer.

    I just checked on our end and the transfer was never initialized. Since it’s still within our refund window, I refunded that $12 back to you. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.

  • My apologies for typing $ instead of £ – the amount refunded was in GBP, which is the currency the purchase was originally made.
