Where is my dashboard?
-
I have three blogs and when I log in two of them come up on my dashboard but the third one doesn’t. How can I find it? I managed to access it last month and as you can see in the image I did make some posts. But I can’t remember how I found it. I am trying to move my site over from wix to wordpress but can’t do that if I can’t find the dashboard!
In the image below ‘Helen’s Happy Place’ and ‘Now Where Was I?’ appears when I log on, but the ‘Act 1 Beginners’ site, which is the one I’m trying to access, is not there.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
The site Act 1 Beginners is hasn’t been launched, so a visitor sees only a “Coming Soon” page. See the Launch Your Website support page for relevant information and instructions.

That doesn’t answer my question. I know it hasn’t been launched. However I have added 20 posts to it and need to add more before Iaunch it. However, for some reason I can’t find the dashboard to add more pages – the same dashboard that I need to launch it!
-
To make things more confusing I seem to have two versions of the site. The one that is showing as coming soon has no posts and is there when I log in with my act1beginners email address. However, there clearly ARE posts on a version of the site when I log in with my other email address (as per the screenshot). That is the dashboard I need to find and I can’t. When I log in with my other email address all I see on the dashboard are the other two sites mentioned in the screen shot.

Sorry about that. I’ve added a “modlook” tag to the sidebar to call for staff attention. Staff will respond here.

Hey @act1beginners and @willowcoby,
Navigating through your sites tied to your respective WordPress.com accounts can sometimes be a bit tricky. You’ll find all your sites listed neatly on your My Sites page: https://wordpress.com/sites
It seems there’s a bit of confusion with your accounts and sites. Your willowcoby.wordpress.com and helenshappyplace.com sites are linked to your @willowcoby user account, while the act1beginners.wordpress.com and willowcoby3.wordpress.com sites belong to your @act1beginners account.
It appears that content meant for act1beginners.wordpress.com is currently on willowcoby3.wordpress.com. If you’d like to rearrange things, you can export the content from the site where it currently resides and import it into the correct one.
I understand this might feel overwhelming, but we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Let us know if you need further clarification or assistance with anything else. We’re always happy to help!

Thanks for this. I have now found the site with the posts I did and have now created all the posts I need to make the site live and map it to the domain name I already own. I would be grateful if you could point me in the direction of how to export it from the willowcoby account to the act1beginners account.

You would need to export the content from one site and import it to the correct site. These links should help:
- Export: https://wordpress.com/support/export/
- Import: https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-a-sites-content/
I hope that helps you get started!
