WordAds Revenue dropping/not showing for the past two days

My “ads served” has remained within the normal realm for my site, but the displayed revenue suddenly plummeted yesterday and is showing as zero for today in both “average CPM” and “revenue.” A similar (though not exact) reporting issue happened last December and I’m hoping it’s just another glitch in reporting on WordAds’ side, but I wanted to bring it to your attention just in case.

Noticed exactly the same thing for the last two days on my site. CPM was 0.32-0.40ish and then the last two days its 0.06 and 0.02. I also assume an error and I had the same problem last December too.

Any word on what’s going on? We’re now on day three of tens of thousands of ads served and no reported revenue…

having a similar issue. starting june26 the cpm and revenue have dropped precipitously. ads served have dropped too but not as much.

Contacted support last Thursday. Finally got a response today, but it was only an unhelpful, automated AI response…
Hoping to get an actual response soon because now it has been five days of this reporting error and it’s clearly affecting many of us.

No response yet from my request. I went through the AI bot first and then sent in a report after that. Hopefully we’ll see some resolution for all of us soon!

Everyone: we’re investigating this issue and hope to have this fixed up soon. We don’t need any additional reports, so just follow the thread for any updates.

I have an update! The problem should be fixed and all the data that was missing should be backfilled into your accounts. Give it a few hours to fully sync and it should be all taken care of!
