upgrade plan pad, but not effectve

  Dear,
  I upgraded to the 2 year explorer plan just now, but I have no trace of confirmation of payment, nor a change in my plan. My account still says Free, whereas the explorer pack still shows in my cart. The checkout page just kept running and running and running without any confirmation.

  Please check and correct.
