WP Job Manager is a plugin that is available for free in the WordPress.org plugin repository, and it’s not tied with any specific theme. I can’t tell you if the Listify theme authors promotes WP Job Manager along with their theme; Listify is indeed one the most popular theme used among our users, but we don’t have any partnership with it.

More precisely for an additional Search Filter.One should also be able to filter for a “featured listing”.
On the home page, there is the search form, and there should be a checkbox-button, if this is clicked and the user presses Submit, then only the featured listings should be displayed on the search page.
On the search page there should also be the possibility to filter featured listings.

You basically would like to add an additional filter option that allows your users to search against specific items, is that correct? If so, you may want to consider a third-party plugin that does that.
