    I have and use a paid Jetpack Backup plugin plan for my self-hosted WordPress site (NOT with WordPress.com). And no matter how many times login into my WordPress.com account and try to contact and reach support IT NEVER WORKS. THIS SUPPORT PAGE SUCKS SO SO SO SO MUCH. It always shows the stupid “Have a paid product and seeing this note? Be sure to log into your WordPress.com account that you used to purchase the product!” over and over and over. FIX THIS. Just add a regular contact box it should be THAT simple. Whatever crap script you have installed to prevent this is destroying any & all respect I had for your company or your customer service.

    I had to de-activate my plugin temporarily and now my activation code doesn’t work. There isn’t even an error it just gives me a red emoji exclamation mark and that’s it. I have tried sending multiple support help emails and NO ONE answers. What is this?! I am a PAID customer and my backup service now isn’t even working because YOU won’t respond to your emails and help get it fixed ASAP. This is awful. Get this fixed and get your support fixed – why do I pay for this service if you can’t even answer a quick email and help me get my Backup working again right way? It should take no more than 5 minutes.
