    Hello,

    after hours of troubleshooting, I’m unable to get Apple Pay to work at my store. I have added my domain in the Stripe panel (both with www and without), Stripe is turned on both at Stripe dashboard and your plugin, but the Apple Pay buttons are still missing. I have tested my Apple device at a different site and it works properly.

    What am I missing?

    Hi @filipwawer,

    Can you confirm you followed the steps here (https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#apple-pay) correctly?

    It will also be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Hi,

    I managed to get Apple Pay to work, your advice from the older thread saying to delete and add domain again worked for me.

    I’ve got a question regarding Google Pay, it’s working on the desktop devices for sure, but I’m not sure about the mobile ones as I switch to the mobile mode by F12. Are you able to check that for me?

    Update: I have checked my site using the phone with fully configurated Google Pay and buttons are missing. Other websites offering G Pay work properly on the same phone.

    Glad to know Apple Pay is working now, and Google Pay is working on desktop.

    For the mobile version of GP, Can you please update your stripe version to the latest version and see if the same happens?

    It’s supposed to work on mobile too.

    I’m not familiar with the payment icon issue. It looks like there have been a few changes that may tackle the issue you are referring to. You can see the changes made for each version here.

    Can you try to create a backup of your site so that you can roll back Stripe’s version if the issue is still occurring?

    If the issue is still occurring, I’d like to make sure that the developers are aware of the icon issue you describe.

    Yep, the latest version of your plugin does not display Mastercard/Visa/Amex icons at the checkout stage, you can find it in the changelog you have posted.

    I assume you are testing in Google’s Chrome browser on mobile, correct? Chrome is the only browser where Google Pay will work, so if you are testing in another browser, it’s expected that it does not show.

    Also, can you tell us more about the “mobile mode by F12” which you mentioned earlier? From what I can see, Google Pay works on your site on desktop Chrome, but not mobile Chrome, so anything that messes with the mobile display or operation of your site would be my first “suspect” here. 🙂
