    Hello,

X Theme support says this error is being caused by Jetpack’s image features. When loading the blog it staggers all the posts with odd gaps and spacing that shouldn’t be there. If you zoom in or out in the view port it automatically fixes itself.

What do you advise to fix this? We can’t deactivate your features across the entire site to fix just the blog archive pages.

Themeco gave us a bandaid script to test:

    setTimeout(function() {jQuery(window).trigger(‘resize’);}, 2000)

But that would affect the entire site, and not just the blog archive, so i’m apprehensive to test it.

    Please advise.

    Hi @usat009,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble, but thanks for reaching out.

I had a look at your site, and I noticed that no images at all are being displayed at the moment – not in your blog or in your store.

I wonder if there’s something conflicting with our Site Accelerator modules: could you try toggling them off and on one by one to see which one is creating this issue, or if it’s both of them?

I’d also like you to search for any potential plugin conflict: can you please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem gets fixes that way? If it works, then reactivate each plugin one-by-one to find out which one is causing problems.

If nothing comes out after those tests, let’s rule out a theme clash: try to temporarily switch your theme to Twenty Sixteen and see if the problem persists. You’re welcome to use the Theme Switcha plugin to do that:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-switcha/

This plugin lets you change themes without it affecting the way users see your site.

I understand this is not very much ideal with a live shop as your site, but these tests are important to pinpoint the root of the problem.

Look forward to your reply, and thanks for sorting this out with us!

Images don’t show up at all in Internet Explorer. They show up in Chrome, MS Edge, and Firefox though. I already know that when I turn off the Image options through Jetpack that all the images show up without issue, but it also majorly slows down the website.

If you can look at the site outside of archaic browsers like IE and let me know if you can diagnose the blog issue first that would be great.

Otherwise, yes, i’d also like to know why no images show up in IE, though that’s a lower priority since barely anyone uses it anymore.

Thanks for the additional information! I’ve been trying to reproduce this issue but have been unable to do so. I took a screenshot of your blog page, which you can see here:

    https://ryncwls.d.pr/mDa0Ap

It looks like the Featured Images are loading as expected. I checked in both Firefox and Safari but didn’t notice any issue.

Have you managed to resolve this on your own? If not, could you provide us with a screenshot that illustrates the problem?

Please let us know either way and we’ll go from there!

Apparently, Lazy Load doesn’t work in Internet Explorer, which is part of the reason MS is deprecating IE in place of Edge. That’s why nothing populates in IE. For the blog page in other browsers, the glitch appears to be intermittent.
