    Hi,

I have a student using wp-super-cache on his site that have a blocked wp-login page issue since feb 23, he and i can’t log in with a message “error stop guessing !”
The site as not a lot of plugins and this one is the only one that i can see (of the 3 he add by himself, a3-lazy-load and seo-by-rank-math) that would produce that kind of block.
I’d like to disable it using this method, https://wp-rocket.me/faq/problems-wp-super-cache/it , but i can’t log to clear the cache.

Is there a way to clear it without logging in backoffice? FTP is ok of course.

Hi, found out where the message error is from, it’s my theme that auto hide the nature of the message with this message to prevent hackers from having information about the failed login.
So now that i disabled this function, i have the real error message that says that the cookies are blocked or not recognize by my browser.
Of course the browser is working on every other WP i’m working on.

So what about caching and cookies?
Found some old thread here but not helping for now.

I don’t think it’s WP Super Cache causing this problem. It ignores the login page, so no caching should be done there. Since you can’t login, remove the other three plugins the student added and reload the login page. Hopefully that will fix the problem and help you track down what it was.

Hi, the error i’m getting is:
“error cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser”
While searching for this error leads me to Security or cache being the main issue…
Security is updraft plus and easy disabled, cache plugin is deleted but a cache folder is daily created in wp-content…
Caching as tempered deeply the wp configuration and that’s why i think it’s the issue…

Enable debugging in the plugin, and you’ll see that the plugin is not caching the page. I’m not sure why you can’t login. Sorry.
