Can’t connect my wordpress.com account to Jetpack

On the evening of the 12th July, I added a login/logout plugin link to my website menu to allow customers to login. It didn’t work well. I deleted the plugin. However, since then I have been logged out of my Jetpack, and it won’t allow me to reconnect the website and the Jetpack as it states that “This WordPress.com account is already connected to another user on this site. Please login to another WordPress.com account to complete the connection.”

I’ve tried many things, but now all my functions appear to have locked me out, such as woocommerce, and access to my wordpress.com dashboard.
