    Hello,

I am reaching out regarding the classification of my church website, which has been incorrectly identified as commercial.

I would like to clarify the following points about my site:

    • No Advertisements: There are no ads displayed on my site.
    • No Product or Service Sales: I do not sell any products or services through the site.
    • No Business Promotion: The site does not promote any business.
    • No Solicitation: I do not solicit donations or sponsorships on the site.

Despite these facts, I received the following message:

“Your site is identified as commercial, reasons being ‘Promotion of Service’, which means it isn’t eligible for a non-commercial license.”

This classification is incorrect. My website has been dedicated to writing blogs and news about our church for the past 16+ years. There are no services provided online.

I requested re-verification, but the automated system responded:

“We have finished verifying your site. If you still think this is an error, please contact support.”

I am kindly requesting a reclassification of my site so that I can continue to use Jetpack Stats under a non-commercial license. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Hi there, @mirage22,

I have reviewed your site and can confirm that your website is for non-commercial use only and therefore qualifies for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records.

To use Jetpack Stats for non-commercial sites, please follow the flow on this page to certify that your site is non-commercial: https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase/

Check the boxes that apply to your site which make it non-commercial.

Let us know if you have other questions or if there’s anything else we can do to help!
