CSV import not working

I’ve installed the plugin and imported my clients. All went well, but then, I was playing with things and messed up so deleted everything and used the same file to do an import and now, it simply wont import and gives me an error stating my csv file is not formatted properly. It’s the same file that imported fine minutes before. After getting the message, I read your post and followed the direction to a T and still, the file wont import.
