I’ve reported this as a bug but figured I’d mention it here for reference.

If one uses the Customize My Account for WooCommerce plugin, sold from the extensions section on Woocommerce.com, along with JetPack CRM on the same WordPress site any link from within the CRM admin dashboard or the Client Portal will return a file not found page. The only exception is viewing the PDF invoices.

  • Hello @midipedalboards

Thank you for sharing the plugin conflict between Customize My Account for WooCommerce and Jetpack CRM here.

I have already responded to your request via email but I will share it here as well in case any other user bumps into the same problem.

I searched for that WooCommerce extension and it looks like this has been developed by a third party called ThemeGrill. Since this is something we didn’t develop and their plugin is the one creating the conflict, I recommend reaching out to them to see if they can help you troubleshoot and fix this issue. Otherwise, I encourage you to find a replacement for that plugin, and hopefully that will solve things for you.

    Best,
    Alba

Yes got your email. I did contact them and they said they were working on it.

That’s why I marked the original post as a “Not a support question” 😊
