Delete directly spam

Is that for WordPress comments, or other types of spam?

In its WP plugin settings screen, Akismet has an option to “Silently discard the worst and most pervasive spam so I never see it.” that should do this for you.

Akismet will delete the comments in the ‘Spam’ folder after 15 days. If you know how to add code snippets to your WordPress site, you can use the ‘akismet_delete_comment_interval’ filter to change the spam deletion schedule.
