Displaying Categories on [jobs] page

In WP Job Manager, is there a snippet that would allow me to display categories on the [jobs] page and on the WordPress ‘all job listings’ tab? I have a client that wants job title to be a dropdown selection so I was thinking of using categories to fulfill this request. Alternatively, if there’s a way to change “Job Title” into a dropdown with preset selections, that would work as well.
