    Their customer support is terrifying. They do not understand or value customers time and the seriousity of support needed. Even if your website is down you will get a reply and then for hours nobody is going to assist you. There restore to any point is a foolish feature because it doesn’t at all restore your site. I didn’t expect this but unfourtunately. They scared and disappointed me by the way they provide support. I am moving on to updraft which is much safer plugin. DO NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN ELSE THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE MIDDLE AND STOP HELPING AT ALL.

    I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our support team. I had a look at the email you sent, and we were able to reply to your urgent restore request within a few hours after we received the email.

    I won’t get into details for privacy reasons, but you didn’t follow up on our reply when we asked for more information about the actual problem you had – we tried to point you to the correct steps to take anyway.

    I can also see that sadly you cancelled your account some hours after you submitted the emails, and before we could assist you thoroughly. That is a bummer! On this matter, I want you to know that we have redacted all the sensitive data you have shared in the email; in the future please never send passwords via email as it’s inherently insecure.

    Even if we’re sorry to see you go, we wish you all the best witjh Updraft, hoping that our competitors better meet your needs. Take care!
