    Hola cómo están!

He instalado JetPack en mi sitio web https://rent288.com ya que es requerimiento al querer configurar Woo Payments. Al querer autenticar la cuenta (porque el sitio figura ya conectado): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WN1UpPVTskq9TLhEM1xSQxhcZpm-G7CO/view?usp=sharing me aparece el siguiente aviso: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YYivLHRVvjG0o62tAxjv259DVgVRxbWk/view?usp=sharing “This WordPress.com account is already connected to another user on this site. Please login to another WordPress.com account to complete the connection”

    Hi there, @rent2888,

Thanks for reaching out! I don’t speak Spanish so I used Google Translate to translate your message. Hope that’s okay with you 🙂

It sounds like you’re having connection issues, specifically when trying to connect Jetpack and your site by using a WordPress.com account which the system indicates as already connected to naother user with that site.

To investigate further, the first thing I’d like to sort out is the overall Jetpack connection, which appears to be broken due to a server block—specifically, we’re seeing a 503 error code.

A web server sends this error when you exceed your server’s resource limits. This may mean that you need to upgrade your server. As mentioned, you will need to contact your hosting provider about this. They can investigate why this is happening on your server and offer suggestions for how to fix it.

Hope that’s all clear! Once that’s fixed, try to reconnect Jetpack by using the account that was erroring (clear your browser cache first!), and let us know how it goes.
