• Hello,
I need help quickly. This morning my site was working. However, I returned to add a post and got the following message:

Warning: require_once(/home/alegroup/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/alegroup/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 71

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/alegroup/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home/alegroup/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 71

My entire site is inaccessible. I have tried to go in through WordPress.com and see the site in the list with my other sites. However, when I try to do anything it gives me the above message. Is there a way to reset jetpack?

Thanks for any help and guidance I can get.

Are you still having trouble with this or did you get things working?

If you are still having issues, I would access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the Jetpack folder.

Next, go to your plugins page and make sure it doesn’t show up in your list of installed plugins.

As long as it’s not there, you should be able to add the Jetpack plugin again.

Just checking in @alegroup2015 – were you able to get your site back up and running?
