When you open the page, you’ll notice that the images are loaded with full size first, and THEN gets resized to the desired size (large in my case). So there is a blink when the images are loading. Furthermore, if you scroll the page fast enough, the layout of text and images will be messed up as well due to this sizing issue.

Can we have these images load at its desired size directly at first load?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @shirleyyldu

I couldn’t reproduce this issue. Additionally, your site is hosted on WordPress.com. Since you have a paid WordPress.com plan, you can receive priority support:

Hi @lastsplash , my site is hosted on WordPress.org, and I can easily reproduce it in incognito and in all my devices. Can you please take a second look? Thanks!

    Hey @shirleyyldu,

I took another look at your site in both Chrome and Firefox browsers, and I’m also not seeing what you describe, unfortunately. It also looks like both the slider gallery at the top of the page and the smaller galleries below are native to your theme rather than Jetpack. You can try disabling our Lazy Loading Images feature to see if that resolves what you’re seeing? More on this here:

    https://jetpack.com/support/lazy-images/

It looks like my colleague thought your site was on WordPress.com because at one time you had your domain pointing there. On our end, I’m still seeing the domain intact on your WordPress.com account, which is likely interfering with your Jetpack connection as well. I recommend reaching out to WordPress.com support via the link here, and ask to have that domain mapping removed from your account:

    https://wordpress.com/help/contact

Then, let us know here and we can check to make sure your site is properly connected to Jetpack. 🙂
