Garbage. Decietful “donation” structure

    This is one of the OLDEST plugins. I am not against people making money but I recently gave a donation because the “sales” page to unlock BASIC STATS (which should be FREE) makes it appear like this donation gives you access to these features.

    Nope, it doesn’t. When you are on the “pricing” page it gives you an option. If you are not for profit you can choose to make a donation. Again you are on the page where you pay or make a donation to unlock more stats.

    This does NOT give you the stats. Whatever you do, do NOT give this plugin your money. It is really not worth it at all.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like there may be a misunderstanding regarding Jetpack’s features and the “pay what you want” option for non-commercial sites on the pricing page. Jetpack does offer basic stats for free for non-commerical sites. Additional advanced features are only available through our paid plans.

    If you’ve made a contribution for a non-commercial stats plan and you’re having trouble accessing your stats, please contact support so we can help you out.
