    Jetpack used to be great but now it’s no better than any other software company. Forget proper help from the people who created the software, now everything goes to a forum so they don’t have to pay any support staff. Well done Jetpack.
    Well I won’t be upgrading to a paid plan, you can stick that. I have an issue, I’ve followed all the instructions and even your stupid damn Debug Page says there’s nothing wrong and everything is working fine. Well that doesn’t stop the daily emails telling me things aren’t working. I’m too busy for this crap. I’m going to go and find other software.

    I’m sorry we’ve let you down. The people who support these forums are the same ones who work in paid support. We try to give priority to the paid customers first, but we’re a bit behind there as well.

    If you’d like to let us know the URLs of the sites you’re having issues with, and some more details about the problem, I’ll be happy to look into it for you.
