    Hi,

I’m using Jetpack Boost for over a week now and I notice heavy traffic drops in Google Analytics and Burst Statistics since I activated Jetpack Boost.

Is this a known problem and is there a solution for it?

    Kind regards,
    Sander Gheldof

    Hi @eyegraphic,

It’s not common for Jetpack Boost to cause a drop in traffic as reported by Google Analytics or other statistics tools. It’s possible there may be a conflict or misconfiguration that’s affecting the tracking.

Can you tell us if you have seen the same drop with the numbers you’re getting from Jetpack Stats?

Also, could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look? If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread. This will help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively.

      Thank you!

      Hi, thanks for your reply.

The drop started when I first installed Jetpack Boost.

Now, I’ve deleted Jetpack Boost, Google Site Kit and Burst statistics plugins and reinstalled them again and everything seems to be up and running again.

      Hi there, @eyegraphic,

Thanks for letting us know that all seems to be working okay after you gave the plugins a full fresh start. We’re happy to see the issue is gone!

I am going to mark this thread as solved for now. Take care!
