    These messages keep appearing … every … single … time … I … enter … any … page. Every Time.

    I think I’ve dismissed those messages 200 times in the past week.

    I don’t ship products. I have shipping disabled.

    Also … ad a bug report link. I don’t think things like this warrant a support topic on the forums. It’s a bug that needs reported and fixed.

    Hi @midipedalboards. I am sorry for the annoying messages. It is quite possible this is a bug, mixed with an enhancement where we could possibly remove messages that do not apply (such as shipping messages for those who have shipping disabled). Typically our bug reports go through GitHub. If you have a GH account you are always welcome to open an issue over here.

    Sharing this with you now so you are aware of its existence, but it is true we could make our bug reporting more accessible.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand how frustrating this can be that even after dismissing these notifications on your site, they are still present, correct?

    I also encountered these messages the last few weeks I think, though it is quite annoying, I did not dismiss them as I believe that I would need them in the future. But, to my surprise, the notifications are already gone from my site.

    Can you please confirm if you are using the latest version of WooCommerce? If not, please update your plugin and see if this resolves the issue.

    Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Checking your site’s SSR, I can see that you have the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin installed. I believe that the notification above is coming from this plugin. Can you please try to deactivate and activate the plugin and see if this resolves the issue?

    @xue28 I’ve deactivated and reactivated the plugin suggested. So far that seems to have had an effect … but there was an update to Woocommerce itself since my last comment so I can’t attribute this to deactivating and reactivating Woocommerce Shipping & Tax plugin.

    As for caching. There is no caching proxy before my site to get the host involved. But during all the episodes I’ve cleared the caching plugin I use many times as well as the browser cache. I’ve also tried disabling php opcache with no changes.

    I’ll report back in a day or so and update on the behavior after the Woocommerce update.

    That is correct, WooCommerce version 7.5 was released on 14 March 2023, so it is possible that this may have been resolved after the update.
