I do not have Jetpack in my WordPress yet I recently received an email that states “appears to be offline or unresponsive” – How can I have my website remove Jetpack? It has always caused issues so I uninstalled it many months ago.

    Hi @mreespinosa

I’ve made some changes on our end to stop the notices, so you should no longer receive Jetpack Monitor emails.

Let me know if you have any questions or if we can help further.

    Cheers!

Thanks. The only question I have now is if you simple stopped us from receiving emails or you have made sure we do not have. Jet Pack installed?

    Hi @mreespinosa

From what I can see Jetpack is not installed on your site. You were receiving those notifications because when Jetpack was installed, monitoring was turned on, which comes from our end. Now that the monitoring is turned off, you should be all set with everything.
