    Hello,

Due to unpaid dues (that went unnoticed) my site https://anderbaher.in was deactivated after 9th May. Today I came to know about it and after referring the site recovery documentation I find Jetpack backup and restore is being mentioned there which can restored with 30 days!.

But when I go to Jetpack Backup it says can’t connect to the website and when I go to Activity Log, I see various backups that have happened in the past few months but their restore options are disabled. The only enabled option is download, so I downloaded the most apt backup as a file, just before 9th May. Image below.

Can somebody help me to restore the backups easily using Jetpack or some other means?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @vinitsankhe!

My colleagues over at WordPress.com support have sorted this for you. You should restore to the May 15 backup, and all should be well.

Moving forward, the best place to get hosting-related support about your site will be here (unless you’re having a specific Jetpack-related issue – if so, you can reach out here.)

I’m marking this thread as resolved now. Cheers!
