I think I had Jetpack backup but my Godaddy hosting plan expired. Is there any way Jetpack can help me search for my site backup another way? I also didn’t locate a backup in my emails. I can’t see anything on GoDaddy because all of my files were deleted.

    Hello @parmoss

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

I am having the same problem, and was wondering if there was a solution to this issue. GoDaddy has deleted my Managed WordPress site (www.onyxewa.com), and I am no longer able to access wp-admin, GoDaddy backups, or anything else. My site is backed up through Jetpack, GoDaddy, and ManageWP, but I unfortunately do not have a local site backup.

Is there a way to retreive the Jetpack backups, access Jetpack through FTP (FileZilla fails to reach the server using my previous credentials), or reinstate access to the WordPress admin dashboard? I have already contacted GoDaddy support, and they said they might be able to restore it if I purchase their $150 site recovery service, but I wanted to explore all other options before trying that.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi @onyxewa

I don’t see any Jetpack backups for http://www.onyxewa.com – you would need to have had a Jetpack Backup plan for us to have any backups available for your site.

Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread so we can double check for you? Please provide the email address associated with your GoDaddy account so we can make sure we have the right account. Thanks!
