  • Hi @levinternet,

No worries at all, and thank you! 🙂

I added your logo to an invoice, and it seems to be working for me in PDF:

So, hm. Just to make sure we’re on the same page, this was working, but now isn’t, correct?

    Quick check:

    • do you have .png selected in wp-admin/admin.php?page=zerobscrm-plugin-settings under Accepted Upload File Types:?

How did you upload the logo? Did you upload it via an invoice, or did you set it in /wp-admin/admin.php?page=zerobscrm-plugin-settings&tab=bizinfo ?

This issue often seems to result from a plugin conflict (possibly Divi, as you mentioned in re: Client Portal) but I’ve also seen it with iThemes Security (an unidentified setting will cause this), and others.

Would you try turning off everything aside from WooCommerce and JetpackCRM and see if that fixes the PDF issue? If it does, that will confirm a conflict. Turn each plugin back on one at a time, testing the PDF. Once it stops displaying the logo, you’ll know which plugin is causing the issue.

Let us know what you find, and we’ll go from there.

    Best,

    Cena

    Hello again,

I followed all of your checks and suggestions, and also uploaded a new logo via the settings, and then changed the theme, but get the same result.

For now, I’ve just created a copy of the template that leaves out the logo instruction.

I’ll reach out to 20i about the allow_url_fopen issue mentioned in the other thread.

Great, let us know the results of that.

    Hi @levinternet,

Just checking in to see if you were able to reach out to 20i?

    Hi Jay,

Yes indeed, after running through WP Healthcheck, I found that in addition to the Logo rendering issue, Rest API calls and Crons were not running on the site. When I checked some subdomain sites, the issue did not occur, which gave further evidence that it was site specific.

So, I reached out to 20i, and sure enough, their system had limited Rest API calls. They made some sort of adjustment on their site and lo and behold, the PDF Logo rendering issue was resolved.

Thanks so much for following up! I’ll mark this thread as resolved.

    Hi @levinternet

That’s wonderful to hear! Thanks for lettings us know. 🙂

If you have any further questions or need some more help, you’re welcome to reply here or open another thread.

    Best,
    Alba
