We are using VaultPress and I’m wondering if there is a way to restore only posts from the database backup? Somehow, our blog posts got deleted and I need to restore them from a backup. From what I understand, if I do a full database restore, it will restore all WooCommerce orders back to the date of the backup and remove all orders after that. That would severely mess with our accounting system and I need to restore the blog posts without touching any WooCommerce related info (customers, orders, etc.).

Hi there,

It is possible to choose particular sql files to restore when running an automatic restore from https://cloud.jetpack.com/backup/{your_site}. You can read more in Restore specific files.
That said, I have reached out to our developers to check with them if that’s the best approach.
