Jetpack – How to change Connection Email

Hi,

The Jetpack Connection email needs to be changed. We had changed company names and need to change the email listed in Jetpack Connection and credit card for WooCommerce Shipping as well and can’t seem to find where to update the credit card and replace the email address in Jetpack below. The correct company name is Bay and Birch Designs so the “Connected” name below is accurate.

This needs to be changed in Jetpack: [ email deleted, never post those on this site again please ]

Note: When we attempt to click “Manage Site Connection” it is asking to to Disconnect WooCommerce Payments and Google Ads. We don’t want to disconnect either.

Is this a WordPress issue or Jetpack issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
