Jetpack New Post Notifications Sent to Subscribers

Hello!

I can’t find any info on this, but where do the new post notification emails get their content from (bothwhen set to full post or excerpt). I’m trying to make some edits to them but can’t seem to find any documentation on filters/hooks that can be used to edit them. I thought maybe jetpack gets the content of the post from the site feed, but it doesn’t look like it.

Is editing the post content that is sent in the new post email(s) from jetpack at all possible through hooks/filters and if so, what are they/where can I find that?
