Jetpack Stats Trying To Force Additional Upgrade

    Hello,

    We recently upgraded to premium Jetpack stats, using the package for up to one million monthly views. The Jetpack stats display has now gone back to the locked screen and is trying to force an additional upgrade to the two million views package – even though we’re still well below the one million views limit.

    Two million monthly pageviews works out to approximately 66,000 daily views, one million works out to ~33,000, we’re currently sitting around 20,000 to 25,000 per day, so we are well under the limit.

    How do I resolve this error quickly?

    Thanks for getting in touch. I had a look at your site from our end and I’m not seeing any paywall for your Jetpack Stats. I can also confirm that you’re well below the one million views threshold, so you shouldn’t be getting prompted to upgrade.
