Hi! I´m wondering if the plugin is going to be updated and stable for the wordpress new versions or actual version, as last update was 108 days ago. Seems too much for a pluging recommended by wordpress directly, or combined with jetpack, etc…

There will be an update released soon, but the current version of Akismet is compatible with the current version of WordPress.

Hi Cris, thanks for the answer 😉 It´s just because we use it in all our blogs and being a reference plugin for all of us, it was rare not to have it updated since so long ago. Thanks again for your support and information. have a nice day!

This was updated at the same time as the plugin, we believe it may have been a caching issue:
