    My site has multiple admins. I am a paid user. However, when I try to enter the license, only the admin that enters the license code will have access to upload videos. Other admins still can’t upload videos. Can this be solved?

    Hello there! Good to hear you are using VideoPress this way.

    To be able to upload videos to VideoPress, the user that is doing the action must be connected to a WordPress.com the same way you are.

    By default, when you setup the plugin, we only connect the site and your account.

    To fix this, each admin user needs to:

    • login into your site
    • go to Jetpack > My Jetpack menu
    • scroll the page down to the “Connection” section
    • look for the “You’re not connected” message and click the “Connect” link near it
    • on the new page, click the “Connect your user account” button
    • proceed with login or account creation on WordPress.com

    The other users will not need to buy VideoPress, just login to WordPress.com (or create an account and login, if they did not have one before).
