    Jetpack version 9.2.1
I’m working on a hosted testing site right now (that’s why no link) but don’t see the Jetpack Podcast Block. I’ve looked in the modules area & it’s not there either to be activated. Is there something else I’m missing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @tammyg,

Is the site definitely connected properly to Jetpack? You can confirm by using our connection debugger here: https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/

You’ll be looking for an Everything looks great! response there. If it doesn’t report that, then the site isn’t properly connected to our servers and we won’t be able to deliver Jetpack features for you.

Any chance you have the Classic Editor plugin active on the site?

We have some documentation on the Podcast Block here.

    Thanks for the reply @jenhooks

Yes, I got the Everything looks great! message & I don’t have the Classic Editor plugin active.

Should I see it in the modules area? I don’t even see it there.

    Tammy,

If you’re using the block editor and both your WordPress core and Jetpack plugin are updated, then you should be able to see and use the Podcast Block as shown here:

    https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-blocks/podcast-player-block/

If not, would you be able to try disabling all other plugins except for Jetpack to see if the issue continues? If everything looks normal while doing so, then you can switch on each other plugin one by one until you see the problem happen again.

If you still see the issue even with all other plugins disabled, could you also try switching out your theme for a more minimalistic one (such as Twenty Nineteen) to make sure this isn’t some sort of theme conflict?

If none of that helps, we would need to check the site out ourselves.

If you want the domain to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form:

    Thanks!

Thank you! I will do this later this evening and see if I can pinpoint the problem & then reply here when possible.

Is the Podcast Block for Jetpack Premium? I’ve deactivated all plugins on my testing site except for Elementor & the theme & I don’t see the Podcast block anywhere. I don’t necessarily need it – I’ll embed the podcast in an html block. Just wanted to reply to follow up here. The live site is now at [ redundant link removed ]
Thanks again for your help and quick replies!

    Hi @tammyg

No, the Podcast block should be available to all plans. If you want to troubleshoot this further, can you contact us through the link that MadHatter provided above?
