    Hi there

    It looks like your site has http authentication enabled, which requires a username and password to view the site.

    This could be enabled via a plugin, e.g. https://wordpress.org/plugins/http-auth/ – or it could be a setting provided by your host. You can try deactivating plugins one by one to see if any of them are causing this.

    If not, I’d suggest contacting your hosting provider to check if there is an http-auth setting enabled at the host level. It may be this setting in the Security section of your host’s control panel:
