Hello,

Our organization is incorporated as a nonprofit in Canada, and for some reason, the review of our website believes us to be a commercial organization.

We would like to appeal this ruling because it is not accurate.

I’m not a Jetpack employee, but it’s possibly due to this page that appears to indicate that the organization solicits fees: https://sgps.ca/sgps-activity-fees/

Jetpack Stats is not automatically free for non-profits, as explained here:
- Non‑profits and Jetpack Stats
Non-profit organizations that accept donations and or accepts payments online are required to purchase a commercial license. However, since I don’t see either of those on your site, I have made an adjustment on our end that will allow you to choose a non-commercial plan. You can do so at:
