It looks like this is unrelated to the Jetpack 11.6 update; rather, it’s because of our implementation of Jetpack Social’s free and paid tiers. You can read more about this here.
Jetpack Social (formerly Publicize) was free since it was first released 10 years ago, and it didn’t receive significant updates in that time. Now, we have a dedicated team working full-time on the service, with several other new features planned.
If 30 shares per month isn’t adequate for your needs, you should see some information about plan options in your WP Admin, and here.

Oh, it sucks. It is too expensive for a month. I loved this plugin. I will no longer use it.
