Same here; installed the plugin yesterday. I did go in today and there was an update available (click on the plugin details or go to updates). The update didn’t make a noticeable difference for me, but you can try that first. I ended up going with the code here instead: https://github.com/fightforthefuture/battleforthenet-widget. To install, go to widgets and add a text widget. Paste in the code and you should be good.

I don’t see any output in the source of your website that would indicated that the net neutrality plugin is activated, so I am not able to debug.
This plugin works by “slowing down” a few posts and only runs on the blog listing page. Which means it wouldn’t run on an individual post or page.
I’m glad to look into the issue further if you’d please make sure the plugin is active.
Not working on pages? Why make that decision?
I wondered why it never loaded. Next time I’ll go with my gut and seek out code.
Disappointed.
