    Hello,

    I have disabled payments in test mode and made a real transaction of $1 seven days ago using Woocommerce payments plugin. As said in the documentation, there is a delay of 7 days to the money go to the bank account. The problem is that today I was supposed to see the money deposited in my account. The message shown in the dashboard is:

    Deposit date: Mar 17, 2022
    Paid
    MasterCard •••• •••• (USD)

    The bank account associated with the registered card does not show the deposit amount. How can I check for possible errors? I can share the payment ID privately for further investigations.

    @souzatassio I was able to view that site’s transactions in our internal payments system, and it indeed does seem like the deposit was issued today, March 17.

    That said, different banks sometimes can take some hours to actual display that money in your account, so for now my suggestion would be to wait a day and see if that reflects in your account balance tomorrow.

    have you received your payment? i did the same thing like you but in my overview i still can’t see any payments that i made and no money has been deposit

    Thanks for your message! To keep things organized, could you please open a new thread and include a copy of this thread as well as your System Status report so we can review the transactions on our end?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it in your response.

    You can use https://pastebin.com/ to remove any sensitive details.

    Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.
