Payment status is “Paid” but money is not in bank account

Hello,
I have disabled payments in test mode and made a real transaction of $1 seven days ago using Woocommerce payments plugin. As said in the documentation, there is a delay of 7 days to the money go to the bank account. The problem is that today I was supposed to see the money deposited in my account. The message shown in the dashboard is:
Deposit date: Mar 17, 2022
Paid
MasterCard •••• •••• (USD)The bank account associated with the registered card does not show the deposit amount. How can I check for possible errors? I can share the payment ID privately for further investigations.
