    Hi there, @fafam123,

Thanks for translating Jetpack CRM in Persian!

Are you referring to a paid extension you translated? If so, can you reach out via this contact form and mention this thread?

    Thanks!

    Hi @fafam123 ,

If you’re asking how to use it on your site, you’ll want to take your .po file and add it to zero-bs-crm/languages/ . If your site language is Persian, then your translation of CRM should also work at that point.

If you mean something else, would you let us know? Happy to help further.

    Best,
    Cena

Jetpack CRM does not have a Persian translation. You can create your own by adding your own Persian translation for all the English words in the .po file. You can learn more about translating Jetpack CRM here: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/translating-jetpack-crm/

are you can paid any money for this translation

We are not able to create that translation for you, as it goes beyond the scope of our support. However, you are very welcome to create your own translation by following the steps in the article linked above.

At the bottom of the page there is an Export link, this will allow you to download a .po file. Located here.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

yes , that is right , but downloaded file contain only English string and translated Persian not include on it . I also need Persian string in .po file and not want translate that again.

    Hi @fafam123 ,

I completely translate all string in WP-plugin site :

Where is your translation stored? Do you have it in a file? What kind of file?

Normally when a plugin in translated, people do it via the .po file. Once you have that, you run it through software like PoEdit, which creates a .mo file (this is what WordPress actually reads).

I completely translate all string in WP-plugin site :https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/zero-bs-crm/stable/fa/default

Ah! Are you asking how to move the translation from ‘waiting’ to ‘current’?

downloaded file contain only English string and translated Persian not include on it . I also need Persian string in .po file

If I download/export the .po file from the above link, I can open it in PoEdit, and it looks like this:

yes, I think this is my major problem .

So you submitted Persian translations and want to know how to get them approved? Am I understanding you correctly?

Once someone submits translations, the translations need to be approved. WordPress provides an overview of the process here: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/how-to-translate/

Based on what you’ve mentioned here, it sounds like you need to complete step 5:

When finished, post a request for a review in the appropriate channel, e.g. your locale team’s local Slack or the Make/Polyglots blog.
