Product sync not working

Hello. I did the normal installation before and I wasn’t having any problems. Recent changes I have made on products are not synchronized on Facebook and Instagram. I disconnected and reconnected via the plugin. I’m doing everything. I’m coming to the end, but everything seems blank on the plugin page. Page, pixel, catalog etc. But when I say manage the connection, the connection settings open and it seems connected, but still the product does not sync.

Can you describe what specific changes you are making that do not sync over, while other changes do sync? Or is it just that *any* change made to a product does not sync?

One thing you could also try is resetting the product data and letting it sync back over:

Lastly, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

When I change or delete the product price on the website, it does not change on facebook and instagram. Product sync is not working.
So I disconnected and reconnected, now the screen is blank

It looks like the connection wasn’t established correctly. Could you try to disconnect and connect again to see if you could get all the FB information to show up again? Do you encounter any error during the setup?
Yes, I even tried a few times. I disconnected and reconnected. I’m not getting any errors and going all the way. The page is still blank even though it says the connection is successful.

I’m sorry to hear that the Facebook settings page remains blank even after re-connecting your site to Facebook, and changes like updated product images are not synced to Facebook!
Do you see any recent Facebook error logs in the dropdown in wp-admin >> WooCommerce >> Status >> Logs?
If yes – please select the latest Facebook error log from the dropdown, copy the entire log and paste it here. You may want to review it first though and remove any sensitive information if it’s present in the log.
If you don’t see any error logs – we’d like to access your site and investigate.
In that case, please create a temporary user with administrator role under woologin@woocommerce.com, paste the password to https://quickforget.com, create a ticket on WooCommerce.com, include the generated QuickForget link, the login URL of your site and a link to this forum thread.

When i try to snc I see this error in the log. I just copied the last error part.

The wc_facebook_external_business_id WordPress option cannot be blank or contain non-Latin characters. It should look something like this for example: store-name-ouh3ylhlrnm0j
You can find the wc_facebook_external_business_id in a few ways – in the wp_options table in the database or
on the options page in the website at https://yogatime-dukkan.com/wp-admin/options.phpThank you!

I found the problem. The site language is Turkish and the currency is Turkish Lira. When I set the site language to English and Currency to Dollar, it connects and sync works. When I change the language and currency again on the site, the same happens again 🙂
