    If you’re looking for something that this plugin claims to offer (an advanced directory website), I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

    The plugin is extremely basic and is incredibly limited in its customisations. It uses a really inept version of custom fields that offers little to no customisation.

    The support is little to non-existent, it takes days to get a reply that generally never even attempts to answer any of the issues raised.

    Though the feature you mentioned is not available directly by default, we can provide a custom implementation to get the feature for you.

    We provided a response regarding this on the ticket asking for details to assist you further. Please respond accordingly. The range fields you mentioned are primarily designed for filter options, which might have caused some confusion. Therefore, providing details will be greatly appreciated.

    @legendarydesign Directorist is configurable and customizable enough. You have missed the real issue of Directorist plugin, which is BUGS not fixed.

    I will agree that the support is kind of “hit and miss”, still with little work you can overcome this.

    @dimalifragis that may be your assessment of it. It certainly isn’t mine. Its not at all customisable. A lot of the blocks are pre-built with various features restricted because of this.

    abrar00 yes thank you, you have tried your best to help. And I don’t actually believe its your fault, per se. I just believe the plugin is really aimed at the basic side of web development and allows little to no advanced customisation which is a shame.

    @legendarydesign You are correct about support and customization. They have issue in their theme, I created ticket 6 days ago and and it’s been 5 days from last reply received. They even don’t understand the issue, solving is really far from their capacity.
