Recent update breaks site???

    Recently if I try to navigate to my course site, I get a blank screen that says there was a critical error.

    I managed to disable the plugin via phpmyadmin so that I can log into the WordPress backend. It’s currently in that status right now.

    Plugin version is 4.20.0.

    If I click to try and activate or delete the plugin, nothing happens.

    Not sure if it matters, but my theme is Avada, which is also up to date.

    Here is the error message I managed to pull:

    I’m desperately in need of help to resolve this! Any help is appreciated so that I don’t lose my course!

    Hello @axtrobn,

    this error can only happen if the plugin files are corrupted. Did you try to update the plugin recently and the installation failed?

    To resolve the issue I would suggest re-installing the Sensei plugin. If you can’t do this currently in the plugins screen, this might suggest that there is a permission issue or something else in your server that restricts new files to be installed. If that’s the case then you will need to resolve the server issues first.
