This seems to be a custom template created by the theme you are using. In the WP Job Manager plugin, these filters are added here:

However, your theme probably has a custom template which overrides the default one. You’ll need to locate this template and customize it. If you need any help with this, make sure to reach out to the theme creators so that they can assist.
