I had a look at your site and noticed that Jetpack isn’t connected at the moment. As a first step, could you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:

Please let us know once you’ve done so and then we’ll have another look at your site and go from there!

I have done that exactly. Check to see

    Hi @dannyogolo ,

Thank you for trying that – I see that Jetpack is connected but the connection is not working properly. Specifically, Jetpack is encountering a timeout error which often indicates that connections to your site’s XMLRPC file are being limited or blocked at times. In those cases we’d generally recommend reaching out to your web host to see if they’re blocking or otherwise limiting incoming and outgoing connections via XMLRPC.

Connections via XMLRPC can also be affected by security plugins on the site so I’d recommend checking the settings for any such plugins. If you need to whitelist Jetpack’s IPs, the list can be found here:

    https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/#jetpack

To add to that I also notice your site’s nameservers point to Cloudflare so I’d recommend making sure you’ve configured Cloudflare to work with Jetpack properly as per these steps:

    https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/configure-jetpack-cloudflare/

Going back to your original issue, I did check the search form on your site and it was showing results so I also want to check we’re correctly understanding what the issue on your site is. Are you referring to the results on your Jetpack stats page not showing what Google search terms lead visitors to your site? If you are seeing ‘unknown search terms’ this is because those search engines haven’t revealed the search terms for privacy reasons:

    https://wordpress.com/support/stats/#search-engine-terms

If you are referring to something else do let us know in more detail what you expect to see and on which dashboard, and we’ll be happy to look into that further.

@wpkaren I think I’m having a similar issue. I’m not a very experienced WordPress/JetPack user. My Stats and Insights show lots of views and show that at least one person each day has found my website (www.femalesexualproblems.ca) via Google. However, the “Search terms” box does not show any search terms. Is that because Google keeps these private? Or can I fix this? Thanks!
