Congratulations on completing this course!
I was able to find this text when I searched with Loco for the Sensei LMS plugin. I added a translation to the sensei-lms-et.po
file for Estonian, and after completing a course with my site language set to Estonian, I still got a completion message in English.
Can you please submit a bug report for this on the Sensei GitHub repository? There’s some information about how to do this in our documentation:

These strings are part of the Course Completed page, and could be translated in the process of the creation of pages during installation of the plugin in case translation exists. After installation, you can go directly to the page and update texts.
Unfortunately, I suppose those strings are not yet translated to Estonian.
