    Hiya danhotchkiss,

This sounds like it might be due to what we call an Identity Crisis (IDC). https://jetpack.com/support/safe-mode/

An IDC can cause some stats to go missing, but we are almost always able to find them in our system and merge them back to your main site.

Can you please share the URLs of any staging sites you have used? That will help us track down the missing stats.

    Thanks!

Thank you, Emily. The staging URL is http://uumiddleborodemo.flywheelstaging.com/

    Hi @danhotchkiss

Thanks for sharing that! I’ve gone ahead and merged the stats that I found were related to it.

Let us know if there’s anything else 🙂

    Thanks, Mehdi.

Did you find much? Or is there apt to be a delay before I see the results of your work? I don’t see any change yet. The weeks of 2/6/2023, 2/13/2023, and 2/20/2023 still show almost no activity at all.

Hi Dan! I’m seeing a period in February 2023 where the Jetpack connection was broken, and it corresponds to the dates you mention above. Jetpack is only able to aggregate visitor data on your site if it is connected properly.
