Ever since the last update, customers are no longer able to click into the Stripe credit card fields within my cart and checkout pages, so customers cannot checkout. Some just resort to using the PayPal checkout option also offered, but many customers are contacting us frustrated that they cannot make a purchase. I have downgraded the plugin to an earlier version until there is a fix.

Hmm, I tried to reproduce the problem on my own test site with the latest Stripe version, but it works perfectly for me.

This sounds like it could potentially be a conflict with another plugin or the theme you have active.

Could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

Also, if you have a staging site maybe, it could help to test there by disabling all plugins expect for WooCommerce, then updating Stripe, then seeing if the checkout fields work. If so, the issue is likely a conflict with one of your current plugins (or your theme).

Let us know what you find, thanks! 🙂
